I started racing in 2006 at Kamp Motor Speedway in the Sportsman division.  I only ran a half a season to get adjusted to the car and letting my brother Brad run my car.  My highest placement was 5^th that year, Was runner up for the Rookie of the Year Award

Fresh off of the learning curve experienced in the previous year the 2007 season got off to a quick start with a 2^nd place in the heat race and a 5^th place feature finish.  Although I came close to winning my first race of my career several times I never achieved that feat.  I was fastest qualifier one time.  In my first full season I managed to finished 8^th at Kamp Motor Speedway   9^th in the State Of Indiana points.

In the 2008 season I had my breakout year in my second full season.  I ran 24 races at four different race tracks.  I finally crossed the finish line first to take home my first feature win on July 5^th.   I also managed to win 4 heat wins that year. Also 5 top 5 finishes and 22 top 10 finishes.  Overall finish at Kamp Motor Speedway 5^th, Indiana Points 11^th and placed 44^th in the Nation.
